We reserve the right to change the price without prior notice.
Shoes are delivered in a PVC bag and are sent first class via Royal Mail.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days. If a particular product is out of stock we will contact you. We always attempt to adjust the site if stocks run out. If an item is out of stock we will dispatch the rest of your order and the out of stock item will follow.
Damaged or Missing Order
If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, Teeny Tiny Toes will replace the goods to an equal value or, where appropriate, offer a full refund after an investigation with Royal Mail has been carried out. Damaged or lost orders must be reported to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Please note, ALL refunds and replacements are at our discretion.
If for any reason you would like to return your shoes, we offer a hassle free returns policy for an exchange or a full refund excluding postage .
Please return unworn shoes enclosing receipt and return reference number within 14 days from the date of purchase to:

All returned items must be sent back in the condition that you received them, unworn and still in the original packaging.
We advise customers to obtain proof of postage when returning goods as we are unable to take responsibility of returned goods lost in transit.
