How do my shoes come presented?

All shoes come beautifully presented in a clear bag with a button closer and carry handle. Their presentation makes ideal presents and the clever button closer means the bag can be reused.

What can I do if I have ordered the wrong size?

How do I clean my shoes?

Wash carefully in cold water with a mild detergent, or just wipe. Shape correctly and dry out, try to avoid direct sunlight. Shoes may be a little stiff initially, however the leather will soften with wearing.

We do not recommend that you put shoes in a washing machine.
